§ 2706.2

Added by Stats. 1991, Ch. 1134, Sec. 6.

Any continued medical certification shall be submitted to the department within 20 days of the date the claimant is issued a notice of final payment or departmental request for additional medical certification. The 20-day time limit shall be extended by the department upon a showing of good cause.
