§ 40000.77

Added by Stats. 1990, Ch. 1563, Sec. 62.

A violation of Article 7 (commencing with Section 2570) of Chapter 2.5 of Division 2, relating to transportation of school pupils, is a misdemeanor, and not an infraction.
