§ 1504

Amended by Stats. 1984, Ch. 268, Sec. 32.2. Effective June 29, 1984.

The department is under the control of a civil executive officer known as the Director of Motor Vehicles. The director shall be appointed by, and hold office at the pleasure of, the Governor.
