§ 19050.5

Amended by Stats. 2002, Ch. 1102, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 2003.

The program manager for the blind and visually impaired programs and the program manager for the deaf and hard-of-hearing programs shall have demonstrated experience and sensitivity in working with these disabilities.
