§ 19633

Repealed and added by Stats. 1977, Ch. 1131.

The vendor of each vending facility is subject to the provisions of any ordinance of the county or city in which the facility is located requiring a license or permit for the conduct of such business, but any such license or permit shall be issued free of charge to a blind person licensed by the department.
