§ 1858

Added by Stats. 1969, Ch. 1193.

No youth correctional center established pursuant to this article shall be planned to accommodate more than 350 youths under supervision at any one time. Any youth correctional center that consistently exceeds this capacity shall be ineligible to receive subsidy funds.
