§ 961

Added by Stats. 1987, Ch. 1452, Sec. 534.

The terms and provisions of Article 25 (commencing with Section 900) of Chapter 2 of Part 1 of Division 2 and Section 579 shall, so far as applicable, govern and control proceedings under this article.
