§ 278

Added by Stats. 1976, Ch. 1068.

The board of supervisors may delegate to the auditor or other county officer any of the functions of the probation officer authorized by Section 276 and required by Sections 1685 to 1687, inclusive, of the Code of Civil Procedure.
