§ 4634

Added by Stats. 1977, Ch. 1252.

Contracts between the department and regional center shall be presented for final negotiation to regional center governing boards at least 90 days’ prior to the effective date of such contracts. A regional center shall not be expected to perform functions not specified in the contract without a revision of such contract.
