§ 4689.4

Added by Stats. 1994, Ch. 1095, Sec. 10. Effective September 29, 1994.

The State Department of Developmental Services may deny an application for vendorization or terminate vendorization as a family home agency or family home upon the grounds that the applicant for vendorization, the vendor, or any other person mentioned in Section 4689.2 has been convicted at any time of a crime, except a minor traffic violation.
