§ 4030

Amended by Stats. 2012, Ch. 34, Sec. 46. (SB 1009) Effective June 27, 2012.

The Director of Health Care Services shall organize appropriate staff of the department to ensure implementation of the planning, research, evaluation, technical assistance, and quality assurance responsibilities set forth in this chapter.
