§ 5975.3

Added by Stats. 2023, Ch. 283, Sec. 10. (SB 35) Effective September 30, 2023. Section conditionally operative as provided in Section 5970.5.

There shall be no fee for filing under this chapter nor shall any fees be charged by any public officer for services in filing or serving papers or for the performance of any duty enjoined by the CARE Act.
