§ 9723

Repealed and added by Stats. 1996, Ch. 1097, Sec. 13. Effective January 1, 1997.

The State Ombudsman shall have access to any record of a state or local government agency that is necessary to carry out his or her responsibilities under this chapter, including any record rendered confidential under Section 1094 of the Unemployment Insurance Code or Section 10850.
