§ 9110

Repealed and added by Stats. 1996, Ch. 1097, Sec. 13. Effective January 1, 1997.
(a)The department may make available state funds to fund senior nutrition programs that complement programs implemented pursuant to Title III of the federal Older Americans Act (42 U.S.C. Sec. 3021).
