§ 10069.5

Added by Stats. 1997, Ch. 606, Sec. 18. Effective October 3, 1997.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, the project management for a statewide electronic benefits transfer system shall be transferred from the department to the Health and Welfare Agency Data Center.
