(a)Services that would be covered under the program that are provided to pregnant women who, after receiving those services, are subsequently determined to be eligible for coverage under this chapter may be reimbursed as determined by the department. In no case shall services received prior to 40 days before a woman’s date of application be eligible for reimbursement.
(b)This section shall become operative on July 1, 2014.
