§ 11269

Repealed and added by Stats. 2013, Ch. 293, Sec. 2. (AB 419) Effective January 1, 2014.

A child who is a patient in a public or private hospital for medical or surgical care shall be considered temporarily absent from the home for the duration of the hospital stay.
