§ 12307

Added by Stats. 1976, Ch. 504.

The amendments to Sections 12302, 12303 and 12304 of, and the addition of Sections 12303.5 and 12304.5 to, the Welfare and Institutions Code made by Chapter 75 of the Statutes of 1974 do not constitute a change in, but are declaratory of, the preexisting law.
