§ 14087.95

Added by Stats. 1982, Ch. 1594, Sec. 48. Effective September 30, 1982.

Counties contracting with the department pursuant to this article shall be exempt from the provisions of Chapter 2.2 (commencing with Section 1340) of Division 2 of the Health and Safety Code for purposes of carrying out the contracts.
