Repealed on or after January 1, 2013, as prescribed by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Article 5.227, commencing with Section 14168.31.
This article shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2013, the date of the last payment of quality assurance fee payments pursuant to this article, or the date of the last payment from the department pursuant to Article 5.226 (commencing with Section 14168.1), whichever is later, and as of that date is repealed, unless a later enacted statute, that is enacted before that date, deletes or extends
that date.
