§ 14158

Amended by Stats. 1969, Ch. 21.

Funds for the medical assistance program shall be provided annually by appropriation in the Budget Act. The amount of state funds appropriated shall be transferred in such sums as are needed by the Controller from the General Fund to the Health Care Deposit Fund.
