§ 14508

Added by renumbering Section 10053.20 by Stats. 1978, Ch. 432.

It is the intent of the Legislature that all persons eligible for family planning services under Title IV-A of the Social Security Act and Title X of the U.S. Public Health Service Act on January 1, 1974, shall continue to be provided services notwithstanding changes in federal regulations.
