The projects shall provide to the department and to the participants such statistical information regarding utilization of services, age and sex, specific mortality and morbidity rates, patient discomfort, patient disability, patient satisfaction, services supplied, quality of care, manpower resources, and class of health care and administration, compiled from its basic data system, as the department may require.
