§ 16939

Amended by Stats. 1990, Ch. 430, Sec. 11. Effective July 26, 1990.

As a condition of receiving funds pursuant to this chapter, each county shall meet the requirements of Articles 6 (commencing with Section 16980), 7 (commencing with Section 16990) and 10 (commencing with Section 16995) of Chapter 5.
