(a)It is the intent of the Legislature to appropriate moneys to the department in the annual Budget Act or other statute for the purpose of administering a grant program to provide funding to participating entities for the duration of the Children’s Crisis Continuum Pilot Program.
(b)The department, jointly with the State Department of Health Care Services, shall work with participating entities to consider long-term plans to support the successful operation of a continuum of care.
