§ 17020

Added by Stats. 1991, Ch. 91, Sec. 35. Effective June 30, 1991.

Any person who is eligible for aid under Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 11200) of Part 3 shall not be eligible for monthly payments provided pursuant to this part if the maximum payment standard established by a county pursuant to Section 17001 exceeds the payment level established pursuant to subdivision (a) of Section 11450.
