§ 31221

Added by Stats. 2022, Ch. 728, Sec. 10. (AB 676) Effective January 1, 2023.

It shall be a violation of this division for any franchisor, directly or indirectly, through any officer, agent, or employee, to violate the provisions of Section 31126.
