§ 81377

Enacted by Stats. 1976, Ch. 1010.

Nothing in Sections 81360 to 81363, inclusive, shall prevent the governing board of a community college district from acquiring, leasing or subleasing property pursuant to Section 1261 of the Military and Veterans Code.
