§ 81378

The governing board of a community college district, without complying with any other provision of this article, may lease in the name of the district any buildings, grounds, or space therein, together with any personal property located thereon, not needed for school classroom buildings upon terms and conditions agreed upon by the governing board of the district and the lessee for a period not exceeding 14 separate or consecutive calendar days, or portions of those days, in each fiscal year.
