Added by renumbering Section 2109 (as added by Stats. 1993, Ch. 219) by Stats. 1993, Ch. 1101, Sec. 10. Effective October 11, 1993. Operative January 1, 1994, by Sec. 18 of Ch. 1101.

This chapter applies to any proceeding commenced on or after January 1, 1993.
