§ 1753

Added by Stats. 2011, Ch. 243, Sec. 3. (SB 664) Effective January 1, 2012.

For purposes of this chapter, offices of foreign (other nation) banks are divided into classes and ranked in ascending order, as follows:

(a)Representative office.
(b)Nondepositary agency.
(c)Depositary agency.
(d)Limited branch

office.

(e)Wholesale branch office.
(f)Retail branch office.
