§ 1852

Added by Stats. 2011, Ch. 243, Sec. 3. (SB 664) Effective January 1, 2012.

When authorized by the previous written consent of the commissioner as provided by Chapter 3 (commencing with Section 1040) one or more persons may organize a corporation.
