§ 4805.16

Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 480, Sec. 97. Effective October 2, 1995.

“Shareholder” means:

(a)When used with respect to a California state savings association that is authorized to issue guarantee stock, a holder of record of a share of guarantee stock.
(b)When used with respect to a federal savings association that is authorized to issue capital stock, a holder of record of a share of capital stock.
