§ 22100.5

Added by Stats. 2017, Ch. 475, Sec. 20. (AB 1284) Effective October 4, 2017. Section operative January 1, 2019, by its own provisions.
(a)A person shall not engage in the business of a program administrator without obtaining a license from the commissioner.
(b)This section shall become operative on January 1, 2019.
