§ 179.9

Amended by Stats. 2024, Ch. 402, Sec. 1. (AB 2469) Effective January 1, 2025. Repealed as of January 1, 2039, by its own provisions. Note: Termination clause affects Article 3.7, commencing with Section 179.

This article shall become inoperative on March 1, 2038, and, as of January 1, 2039, is repealed.
