§ 1481.1

Added by Stats. 1959, Ch. 1288.

For the purposes of Section 1481 the board of supervisors of a county is deemed to be the appointing power of the adult probation officer, his assistants and deputies and the adult probation officer, his assistants and deputies are deemed to be employees of the county in which they are appointed. They may be included as covered employees in any master bond used in such county.
