§ 6081

Added by Stats. 2016, Ch. 703, Sec. 13. (AB 2881) Effective January 1, 2017.

A notice published or posted in a manner that is contrary to the provisions of this chapter shall not be invalidated as a consequence of a reasonable, good faith error as to the applicable public notice district.
