§ 7152

Amended by Stats. 2006, Ch. 254, Sec. 78. Effective January 1, 2007.

“Buyer in ordinary course of business” has the same meaning as defined in paragraph (9) of subdivision (b) of Section 1201 of the Commercial Code.
