§ 7491

Added by Stats. 1976, Ch. 1320.

Should any other law grant or appear to grant power or authority to any person to violate the provisions of this chapter, the provisions of this chapter shall supersede and pro tanto override and annul such law, except those statutes hereinafter enacted which specifically refer to this chapter.
