§ 7550.6

Added by Stats. 1994, Ch. 153, Sec. 13. Effective July 11, 1994.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, until June 30, 1995, no local educational agency shall be required to prepare or to submit any written report pursuant to Chapter 1.2 (commencing with Section 628) of Title 15 of Part 1 of the Penal Code.
