All state agencies shall cooperate with the United States Selective Service System in efforts to publicize the necessity of, and requirements for, compliance with the federal military Selective Service Act (50 U.S.C. Sec. 451 et seq.).

Any actions to implement this chapter shall be mutually agreed to by the state agency and the United States Selective Service System prior to implementation of this chapter. Any costs incurred by a state agency in implementing this chapter shall be reimbursed by the United States Selective Service System.
