Section 10295 of, and Article 4 (commencing with Section 10335) of Chapter 2 of Part 2 of Division 2 of, the Public Contract Code do not apply to agreements entered into by the authority or any individual to whom the authority delegates contracting authority in connection with the sale of bonds or other matters authorized under this title.
