§ 99016

Added by Stats. 2003, 1st Ex. Sess., Ch. 13, Sec. 2. Effective October 28, 2003.

The exercise of the powers granted by this title shall be in all respects for the benefit of the people of the state. Any and all bonds issued by the authority, their transfer, and the income therefrom, shall at all times be free from taxation of every kind by the state and by all political subdivisions of the state.
