§ 8880.21

Amended by Stats. 1985, Ch. 1517, Sec. 2. Effective October 2, 1985. Note: This section was added on Nov. 6, 1984, by initiative Prop. 37.

Quorum; Voting

A quorum shall consist of three members of the Commission. All decisions of the Commission shall be made by a majority vote of the Commission.
