§ 8290

Added by renumbering Section 10331 by Stats. 1984, Ch. 1335, Sec. 2.

The commission shall recommend the express repeal of all statutes repealed by implication, or held unconstitutional by the Supreme Court of the state or the Supreme Court of the United States.
