§ 9192

Enacted by Stats. 1943, Ch. 134.

The assistant secretaries of the Senate and the assistant clerks of the Assembly shall take charge of all bills, petitions, and other papers presented to their respective houses, file and enter them in the books provided for that purpose, and perform such other duties as may be directed by the Secretary of the Senate and Chief Clerk of the Assembly.
