§ 9706

Added by Stats. 1961, Ch. 870.

The Legislative Printing Fund in the State Treasury is abolished. The Controller, on the effective date of this section, shall transfer the balance in that fund to the General Fund. Any reference in state law to the Legislative Printing Fund shall be construed to refer to the General Fund.
