§ 9743

Added by Stats. 1945, Ch. 111.

The Secretary of the Senate and the Chief Clerk of the Assembly shall each retain the number of manuals needed for use in the respective houses and for distribution to the Members of the Senate and Assembly for the succeeding session of the Legislature.
