§ 11565

Amended by Stats. 1984, Ch. 144, Sec. 100.

If the salary specified in Article 1 (commencing with Section 11550) for any particular position is greater than the salary which the incumbent is receiving on the date when this chapter takes effect, he or she shall receive the higher amount from and after the first day of the month immediately following such effective date.
