§ 12022

Added by Stats. 1975, Ch. 1246.

The Governor shall annually provide to the Director of Finance an itemized statement of proposed expenditures, including special contingent expenses for support of the Governor, the Governor’s office, and the Governor’s residences for inclusion in the Governor’s Budget for the ensuing fiscal year.
